Introducing the new edition of our iconic B Wise pendant lamp in blush pink. Naturally coloured by fungi, without additives, without shame.
The pendant seamlessly blends organic textures with precise technical components.
Each lamp is cultivated in our lab in Estonia, where our team of scientists and designers meticulously oversee every stage of growth. Our method involves precise monitoring and skilled craftsmanship throughout the entire process. Over several weeks, the mycelium’s growth is carefully guided by our team.
The natural mycelium material, complemented by aluminium details, evokes a sense of organic elegance.
The lampshade consists of two parts, which are first molded separately. These parts are then assembled, allowing the fungi to recognise its specie companion and grow the connecting edges together strongly, without glue or chemicals.
Raw aluminium
The aluminium details are left uncoated and glass bead blasted to create a raw satin matte finish. This approach makes the aluminium elements more efficient to produce and easier to recycle, while allowing the material to develop a beautiful, natural patina over time.
Safe material
Our mycelium-based material does not contain synthetic additives that could compromise indoor air quality. Using our specialised drying technique, we completely halt the growth of mycelium, ensuring our products are safe for both people and buildings.
